ARPA-ED STILL THERE: There's $150M for an "Investing in Innovation Fund" in the Administration's FY2013 budget proposal, released on Monday. Some of that money is supposed to support "breakthrough learning technologies" developed through the proposed Advanced Research Projects Agency - Education (ARPA-ED). Let the budget games begin!
