TEST YOURSELF: Questions abound over how and whether the new Common Core assessments, currently in development by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) and Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, will be tougher and more rigorous. (And make us look bad?) The Hechinger Report points out that sample questions from both companies are now available, so see for (or test) yourself.
