GNILLEPS EEB: So you may be too old for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, but here's a chance for you to flash your wordsmanship skills while serving a good cause. Mencap, a UK charity for people with learning disabilities, is holding its first-ever Global English Language Digital Spellathon Championship in March 2012. Actually, its a reverse spellathon: you'll compete with charming English actor Stephen Fry, who will play against primary/elementary children, secondary/middle/high-schoolers, and adults, to see who can spell more words backwards in a span of fifteen minutes.
