REV UP: Investment management company Investcorp has acquired a controlling stake in Revature, a technology skills-training company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. University Ventures exited its investment in the Reston, Va.-based company, according to a press release.

Founded in 2003, Revature recruits and provides tech training to university graduates through intensive 12-week coding skills programs. The company also works with companies to provide employees with skills in programming, and also partners with universities to offer tech training on campus.
