STRADA EDUCATION NETWORK, a nonprofit focused on pathways between education and employment, announced it will acquire labor market and data analytics firm, Emsi. The organization purchased Emsi from CareerBuilder, an online hiring and recruitment company.
Financial about the deal were not disclosed, and Strada claims the acquisition is expected to close before July 1.
