LEARN EARNS: Raleigh, N.C.-based LearnPlatform has raised $3.2 million in a Series A funding round led by New Markets Venture Partners and Emerson Collective. The funding will go towards expanding the company’s existing efforts to reach new schools and organizations, according to a press release.

Started in 2015, LearnPlatform claims that more than 2,000 schools, districts, states and higher-ed institutions have used its software, which aims to help schools and districts research, manage and rate the edtech apps they use in their schools.
