BASK, a video-based instructional tool, has been acquired by Brainly, the New York City-based developer behind an online platform where students can ask and answer questions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2009 and backed by $38.5 million in venture capital, Brainly boasts 100 million monthly unique users across over 35 countries.
