The Learning Accelerator believes every child in the country deserves an effective, equitable and engaging education. It seeks to transform K-12 education by accelerating the implementation of high-quality blended learning in every school district in America.

Via its examination of schools and systems nationwide, The Learning Accelerator has identified patterns and organized key practices and observations into “strategy cards” that enable educators to access ways to transform education with quality, equity and scale. Strategy cards anchor the See and the Do sections of The Learning Accelerator website.

These sections are designed to help users continuously narrow their focus and find ideas, direction and examples to move forward. One of several topics under “Conditions for Success and Scale” in the DO section is culture. Twenty-one strategy cards, which look like this, suggest methods to address the issue.
