DIGITAL PROMISE, a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit, has refreshed its research map to help edtech users, creators and purchasers better find information and studies on education technology. The interactive map contains thousands of research articles, which users can search for by fields such as topic or author. Yes, it does sound awfully similar to Google Scholar, but the organization says it builds upon its research map released last year with features such as two map views that give an “overview of the research landscape and connections between topics,” and new topics such as Identity, Behavior, and Relationships.
Other new features are a Research@Work video series and the tool Ask a Researcher project, where educators can submit questions about how to better support students and use technology in the classroom.
