Kaltura Raises $50M from Goldman Sachs for 'Everything Video'

KALTURA, has raised $50 million in pre-IPO funding from Goldman Sachs’ Private Capital Investing group. Founded in 2006, the company makes products for four types of video markets—educational, enterprise, online, and traditional TV—and describes itself as the "everything video company.It also has cultivated a network of partner channels and institutions of higher education such as Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Princeton, Columbia and NYU as well as some K-12 schools and districts. Kaltura will use the funding to expand its international footprint.
