Smartivity Raises $1M to Expand Physical Games Into Augmented Reality

SMARTIVITY, an educational games company based in New Delhi, has raised a $1 million round from S Chand & Co. Pvt. Ltd, AdvantEdge Partners, CFG Offshore Holdings, Tandem Capital and a group of angel investors, according to TechStory. Founded in 2015, the company makes physical games like Mouse Hunt Automata as well as augmented reality games like Let's Learn 1,2,3. It delivers the latter through Smartivity EDGE, an app for Android and iOS. It plans to use the funding to expand its augmented reality offerings, TechStory reports.
