PASCO Acquires Ergopedia, Developer of K-12 STEM Materials

ERGOPEDIA, a Boston, MA-based developer of educational robots along with science and engineering tools, curriculum and assessments, has been acquired by PASCO Scientific. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dr. Tom Hsu, who co-founded Ergopedia in 2004, will continue as Chief Curriculum Officer at PASCO. Founded in 1964, PASCO has become a household name as a provider of lab equipment, lab manuals and other science resources and materials for K-12 classrooms. More details in the press release.
