EXCELLIGENCE LEARNING CORPORATION, an educational products retailer and portfolio company of the private equity firm Brentwood Associates, has acquired Really Good Stuff, Incorporated, a marketer of K-8 educational products and teaching tools. Really Good Stuff founder and CEO Jim Bennett will continue to lead his company and work towards integrating his products with his acquirer's. Excelligence has previously focused on the pre-K and early childhood market with its main brand, Discount School Supply. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
