PROCTOREXAM, a Dutch startup, has raised a €500,000 (roughly $550,000) seed round through angel investing platform LeapFunder, which it also used for its 2014 round of funding. The company facilitates secure online examinations for remote students through a secure webcam and screensharing platform. Founded in 2014, ProctorExam claims to be working with universities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. The company also said in September 2015 that it serves close to 1000 users and is growing by 110 percent each month.
