EDUCATIONDYNAMICS An investor group led by Muirlands Capital, KnowledgeShares and Prudential Capital Group has acquired EducationDynamics from Halyard Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, which will continue to be a minority investor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release. EducationDynamics, based in New Jersey, helps colleges and universities seek out students likely to enroll and complete their degrees by operating a number of websites such as eLearners.com, GradSchools.com, EducationConnection.com and StudyAbroad.com. The company claims to work with 900 universities.
