STUDOCU: Amsterdam-based StuDocu has raised seed funding of €1.35 million (approximately $1.4 million) to scale its platform allowing students to share their study materials with one another. The funding round was led by Peak Capital and Point Nine Capital. According to their site, StuDocu is used by over 500,000 users who share over 293,000 documents across 11,301 universities. In addition to sharing documents, StuDocu allows users to message one another and buy/sell textbooks.
