OHIO IN THE BLENDER: What does blended learning look like in the Buckeye State? The Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation took a stab at answering with a new report, “State of Opportunity: the Status and Direction of Blended Learning in Ohio.” Published in conjunction with The Learning Accelerator and the Ohio Blended Learning Network, the report found that 58 percent of 211 schools that took the survey use some type of blended learning. The rotational model is most popular for elementary schools; for high schools, a la carte is most often used.
