CODING THE CLASSROOM: Github, the social code sharing platform, debuted Classroom for Github the morning of September 23rd. The tool aims to streamline the administration and organization of the things teachers already use Github for, such as distributing starter code and giving feedback on student code. It automates repository creation (making the places all the code goes so everyone can use it) and allows teachers to create, distribute, and collect coding assignments. Now comes the question: will ease of use increase teacher adoption of Github across computer science curricula?
