FIRST CLASS: Washington, DC-based Kuepa acquired a majority stake in Bogotá, Colombia-based First Class for an undisclosed amount. First Class has provided English language training to over 10,000 learners since 2007, according to a press release. Kuepa, which provides online learning to adults throughout Latin America, plans to use First Class’ material to expand its reach in Colombia.
