Australia’s 3P Learning Invests $5M in Desmos

DESMOS, a SF-based startup that has developed a HTML5 graphing calculator, received a $5 million investment from Australian company, 3P Learning, in exchange for a 17.2 percent stake. The deal also gives Desmos a distribution channel to 3P’s global network of over 18,000 schools.
