Low Internet in Rural Districts? Combine School Buses with Portable WiFi

WIFI ON WHEELS: Here’s an idea for your students’ WiFi woes: if they have little or no internet connection at home, load up a school bus with a router and park it in a central location, where students can come make use of the WiFi.
