MOOCS ON A PLANE: Try your best to refrain from making Samuel L. Jackson references. Coursera is taking some of its courses to the friendly skies, thanks to a partnership with JetBlue. Customers of the airline can now access ten videos from Coursera, as well as several educational shows from National Geographic and book excerpts from HarperCollins bestsellers, all free (with the cost of a plane ticket). Starting in 2015, JetBlue will add access to PBS children’s content and the Wall Street Journal website. Looks like we’ll have some new knowledge to show off after flying home for the holidays.
