Kuepa Acquires Cedumec to Expand Adult Learning Services in Latin America

CEDUMEC: Kuepa.com, a provider of online workforce development services to adults in Latin America, has acquired Cedumec, which runs adult education programs and schools in Mexico City focusing on computer training and English language. Financial terms were not disclosed in the press release.
