INTERNSHIPS.COM: Acquired by Santa Clara, CA-based Chegg for $10 million in cash and $1 million in Chegg stock (trading at $6.25 per share at time of writing). A division of CareerArc Group LLC, Internships.com offers an online search marketplace that, according to the release, boasts over 90,000 internships across the U.S. and two million registered students. This marks Chegg's third acquisition since its IPO, after spending $17 million for Campus Special and $30 million for InstaEDU.
