Report Calls out Paltry Incomes for Mid- and Late-Career Teachers

LESS PAY, MORE PROBLEMS: Teachers with years of experience to their name aren’t getting paid enough, reads a new report by the Center for American Progress. Not a huge shock, but nevertheless, the report argues that teachers not only start their careers with bad starting pay in a majority of states, but also that teachers make poor salary gains even after several years of teaching.
