​Aspen Task Force Calls For “Access, Interoperability, Literacy and Trust”

NEXT-GEN MATH? “We can create an education system where instead of time being the constant with learning the variable, the constant is mastery of content and the variable is time.” That sounds like complicated math, and it’s also what the Aspen Task Force on Learning and the Internet, chaired by Jeb Bush and Rosario Dawson, wrote in a new report, “Learner at the Center of a Networked World.” The report offers recommendations emphasizing the central importance of constructing supportive, safe, interconnected learning environments and ensuring students develop digital literacy at an early age.
