Report Gives U.S. a D+ Average for Digital Learning

AMERICA GETS A GRADE: Digital learning in the U.S. is getting a grade report--and may need a dose of summer school. Digital Learning Now just released a report measuring how well state policies support new education models and use technology to meet the needs of all children. The average state grade is a D+, with Utah achieving the highest grade of an A-. (Attribute that to Utah’s ample opportunities for students to access online courses and services.)
