LA Unified Officials Cannot Access iPad Curriculum

Because the publisher is currently bidding on a separate contract with LA Unified to provide content for laptops, the "Cone of Silence" rule, which limits the district from having contact with the bidder in order to ensure a level playing field, is in effect. It could be months before the Sound of Silence is over.
