PROJECT-BASED YEARNING: Tired of reading about data? Let’s switch to project-based learning--after all, everybody else is. Education News reports this week that more schools are adopting PBL as an integral part of their curriculum. By the 2016-2017 year, all 30 of Napa Valley’s schools will adhere to the New Tech model, a PBL-based method developed by The New Tech Network. ETML must’ve caught wind of this, as it recently released both a PBL-learning checklist and a chart on the differences between projects and PBL.
