Turning Technologies Acquires Fellow Clicker Company

eINSTRUCTION: Acquired by Youngstown, OH-based Turning Technologies. Terms and financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1981, eInstruction made its name as one of the early developers of handheld clickers for K-12 and college classrooms. (Other main products include whiteboards and assessment software.) With the acquisition, Turning Technologies (also best known for its clickers) will absorb about 100 employees from eInstruction, along with its user bases in over 90 countries.
