BUCKING THE TREND: Ohio’s Board of Regents announced a partnership today between professional development provider, edWeb, and state-wide online resource platform, ilearnOhio. This partnership aims to give all Ohio teachers access to edWeb content and, in turn, more flexibility to choose their own professional development training and networks. How districts or schools will utilize this resource is up to them. Could this indicate that we might see more and more states and districts giving teachers the power to choose their own PD?
