THINKBINDER: Acquired by Echo360 for an undisclosed amount. Launched in 2012, ThinkBinder’s entire New York City team will transition into roles at Echo360. In November of 2012, Echo360 also acquired student response platform, LectureTools to complete education technology’s first ‘active learning platform.’ Financial terms for either acquisition were not disclosed.
