NEWMINDSETS INC.: The Toronto-based online publisher was acquired today by Ontario-based ClevrU Corporation for an undisclosed sum reports Techvibes. NewMindsets will integrate its content into ClevrU's adaptive online learning platform to create a marketplace where students can communicate with each other as well as customize their learning. The deal was facilitated by Canadian commercialization agent MaRS Innovation.
