EVERTRUE: $5.25 million to Boston-based EverTrue in Series A round led by Bain Capital Ventures, with previous investors including Boston Seed Capital, David Cohen (TechStars), Andy Dunn (Bonobos), and Brian Spaly (Trunk Club) also participating. Founded in 2010, EverTrue currently provides over 100 colleges and universities in six countries a platform to manage relationships with alumni networks, whether for jobs, community-building, or that never-ending task of fundraising. Xconomy reports that the company has now raised close to $6.6 million, after nabbing a $1.3 million seed round through TechStars in 2011.
