FIDELIS CLOSES B ROUND: Fidelis, the startup founded in 2011 to help military personnel transition to civilian life, has made its own transition. CEO Gunnar Counselman just closed a Series B round for the company, which has retooled itself as an enterprise software company that supports training and education.
