GRADUWAY: $1.1 million to U.K. and Israel-based Graduway from BTG Pactual, Gigi Levy and RSL Venture Partners, reports TechCrunch. The startup currently works with schools across 14 countries to develop a branded, online alumni networking platform that helps graduates keep in touch, or for schools to connect with--and ask--alumni for donations. (No more of those pesky phone calls, perhaps?)
