Knewton is never shy to add the trademark logo every time it mentions "adaptive learning." And Dreambox already has "intelligent adaptive learning" (among others) locked down. All this claim to fame leaves vigilant edtech observers like Frank Catalano wonder-tweeting, "can't any #edtech software say the same?"
