​Everspring Raises $10M for University Online Courses

EVERSPRING: $10 million to Evanston, Illinois-based Everspring in a round led by Carrick Capital Partners and Accretive. Since its founding in 2011, Everspring has raised $36 million, including $20 million cumulatively in 2014. The company helps universities offer online courses, much like 2U: Everspring invests in the up-front tech and marketing costs of the courses, and then take a share of tuition generated. Current customers include the University of Kansas, the College of William and Mary and Auburn University. More from Chicago Business.
