CHOICE SOLUTIONS: Acquired by Boston publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for an undisclosed price. Based in Marlborough, MA, Choice Solutions provides data integration, management and analytics tools like edFusion for over a dozen state and district-level education systems. The press release adds that all Choice Solution employees will also be absorbed into Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
