We’re looking for visionary educators to join this movement — first as a Lead Teacher in one of our thriving North Nashville micro-schools, and then as a Teacher Founder, launching your very own Flourish school with full support and ownership.

🚀 What This Role Offers

Year 1 – Learn & Lead

• Teach in a flagship Flourish micro-school using our project-based, AI-supported, student-centered learning model
• Collaborate with passionate educators to deeply understand and help refine our innovative approach

Year 2+ - Found Your Own School

Launch your own Flourish school with full training, resources, and startup support

• Gain equity ownership in your school and join a national network of pioneering Teacher Founders

Requirements

✅ Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

• A licensed K–8 educator with 2+ years of classroom teaching experience (Master’s degree preferred)
• Passionate about student-centered, project-based learning
• Curious and open to using AI to enhance human connection and creativity
• Entrepreneurial in spirit and excited to build something from the ground up
• A community builder with strong empathy and leadership instincts
