Coteach - Remote - Part time

The Role

We're looking for a social media manager to help amplify what we're building at Coteach. This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow over the coming months.

You'll create authentic content that showcases how teachers are using Coteach to unlock the potential of high-quality curriculum, build community among educators, and demonstrate real classroom impact.

What You'll Do

Content Creation:

  • Film authentic educator content
  • Create graphics that highlight curriculum wins and teacher success stories
  • Repurpose existing content from webinars, case studies, and user testimonials into social-ready formats
  • Write captions that speak to fellow educators

Platform Management:

  • Post across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Engage with our community and respond to comments
  • Track performance and iterate based on what resonates

You Might Be Our Person If...

  • You have classroom experience (current or former teacher/coach)
  • You're already using Coteach or are excited to dive deep into our platform
  • You understand education trends
  • You're comfortable on camera and love telling stories about teaching
  • You're organized and proactive

Role Details

We anticipate this being up to 10-15 hours of work per week. Compensation is $50-$75/hour depending on experience. We recognize this needs to work around your other commitments, so we’re happy to be flexible about how to make this work for you.
