Who We Are Looking For: Our growing team is looking for a remote inbound salesperson to report directly to the owner. This full-time, 40-hour, W2 position can be done 100% remotely. We seek someone eager to make a meaningful impact within a small team at a growing company. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in educational sales, is fluent in modern business tools, and deeply understands inbound marketing strategies.
What you’ll do:

Outreach & Sales Consultations
- Adhere to weekly activity quotas for practice test, parent night, and inbound lead outreach
- Schedule and conduct sales consultations to close new business and generate revenue
- Follow up with leads until closed or disqualified, updating the CRM accordingly

School Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to target partner schools, parent organizations, and IECs
- Present webinars to parents and educators about the pre-college process and our services
- Secure lead generation opportunities, including but not limited to practice tests and parent nights
- Manage end-to-end delivery of school-based events, including marketing, staffing, and follow-up
- Explore group class or school-pay tutoring contract
- Manage new and existing school partnerships through consistent communication and student updates.

CRM Management
- Serve as a contributing manager of Marigold Prep’s Hubspot platform, ensuring daily organization and data integrity
- Create/refine templates to automate workflows and boost lead engagement
- In collaboration with management, utilize reporting tools used to track, project, and analyze revenue
- In collaboration with management, utilize reporting tools used to test, track, and maximize marketing emails.

Program Oversight
- Onboard new families by scheduling sessions and providing tutors with thorough notes that ensure a smooth Sales-to-Tutor transition
- Serve as the primary point of customer service for families post-enrollment.
- Collaborate with the Director of Education to ensure sessions meet velocity and progress goals.
Qualifications
- Proven success in educational sales, preferably with K-12 or college prep organizations.
- Knowledge of the SAT, ACT, and college admissions landscape
- Experience in a remote, fast-paced startup or small team environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or equivalent (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Skilled in building, tracking, and maxmizing automated workflows and marketing emails within a Hubspot or a similar platform (Salesfoce, Zoho)
- Skilled to track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing metrics.
- Ability to present to large groups (parents, educators) via Zoom or in-person.
- Proficiency with: HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
