About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of internal and external projects. This role will be responsible for translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and managing them through to completion by building out schedules, aligning stakeholders, and proactively identifying roadblocks to ensure projects are delivered reliably and on schedule.
This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is excited to build and refine systems to ensure our program management practices are efficient, scalable, and adaptable. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager.
Core responsibilities
As the Program Manager, you will be accountable for the following:
Program Implementation (60%): Deliver high-impact experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of school, district, and nonprofit partners and managing the end-to-end execution of program implementations.
Cross-team coordination and project management (30%): Operationalize organization goals by owning the planning, execution, and documentation of cross-functional projects.
Special projects (10%): Working in close alignment with the Senior Project Manager,lead high priority projects that enhance our program’s reach and efficacy, such as architecting systems to increase team capacity or executing on emerging strategic priorities to help fulfill our organization’s goals and mission.

Work environment:
Although our team works remotely, you are expected to engage in overnight travel at least 2x throughout the year to various US cities to meet up with other team members (in-person retreats, other program-related meetings and events), and be ready to play an active role in contributing to our collaborative, inclusive culture.
We’re looking for applicants who are comfortable working remotely and who have experience successfully collaborating with team members across different time zones. Your core working days and hours will be M-F from 8am-6pm, with the ability to flex according to workload, scheduled calls and in-person/virtual meetings.
