Who We Need:
All Learners Network (ALN) seeks a highly-motivated, self-starting Marketing Manager: Institutional Partnerships to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by generating awareness and qualified leads for K12 district and state accounts. This role is responsible for developing marketing assets and strategies that support the full institutional buyer and customer journey, from initial engagement to advocacy. Success requires a strong understanding of the K12 B2B sales process and seamless collaboration with both sales and the Digital Marketing Manager. This hybrid position (1 day/week in Burlington, VT, or fully in-person) requires minimal travel (<10%).
Accountabilities:
- B2B Awareness Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, including identifying key tactics, crafting compelling messages, and building a detailed marketing plan and calendar to increase ALN's visibility among K12 district administrators and state education leaders, with a particular focus on priority states.
- Content Marketing : Plan and create high-value content such as case studies, blog posts, webinars, infographics, and other long-form content that address specific challenges of district administrators, positioning ALN as a trusted solution provider.
- SEO: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager: Digital Marketing and Sales to optimize website content, landing pages, and online assets to improve organic search rankings and attract relevant traffic from district and state education leaders.
- Email Marketing: Design, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to both nurture marketing leads through the sales funnel, guiding them towards engagement with Account Executives, and to support existing clients in advancing through the customer journey, promoting adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy.
- Conference Strategy and Execution: Identify relevant national and regional education conferences to attend. Develop and execute strategies for ALN's participation, including presentations, networking opportunities, and booth presence. Staff select events as appropriate.
- Webinar Strategy and Execution: Define webinar plan, recruit presenters, support content and manage execution.
- Marketing Analytics): Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track and analyze the performance of all B2B marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve lead generation, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Sales Enablement and Collaboration: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the Account Executive team to understand their needs, provide them with qualified leads, develop effective sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, proposal templates), and gather feedback on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in K12 EdTech.
- Proven success driving B2B lead generation and revenue growth through comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Excellent content creation, writing, and design skills for diverse B2B audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Asana, Google Suite, Zoom Webinar).
- Strong command of email marketing best practices and campaign management.
- Experience planning and executing successful B2B conferences and events.
- Understanding of B2B SEO principles.
- Robust analytical skills for tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small organization; capable of both strategic planning and hands-on execution across multiple projects.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary Range:
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000/year.
