Implementation Success Managers (ISMs) ensure inquirED’s district partners experience the impact of inquirED’s products, as well as renew and expand their contracts, by providing implementation services and monitoring the health of the partnership. Implementation services include development of strategic implementation plans, data analysis, and selection and facilitation of professional development sessions. ISMs thought-partner with district leaders, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to overcome barriers and leverage successes. In addition to managing a portfolio of partners across states, ISMs support the sales team with new business. ISMs provide services virtually and in person.
