About Us

Codie Blocks is a revolutionary early childhood coding system that makes learning to code playful, intuitive, and engaging for kids ages 3-7. We provide a physical and digital learning experience that helps children develop computational thinking while aligning with computer science education standards. With the support of our PBS member stations TV show, Mia & Codie, we're expanding our reach to teachers, schools, and districts nationwide.

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Education Sales Representative to help bring Codie Blocks into classrooms across the country. If you're passionate about education, technology, and sales, this is your chance to be part of something groundbreaking!

Responsibilities

✅ Identify and engage teachers, schools, to introduce Codie Blocks.✅ Develop and nurture relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers.✅ Conduct product demos and webinars for educators and school purchasing teams.✅ Collaborate with our marketing team on outreach strategies and lead conversion.✅ Track and report sales activities, HubSpot pipeline, and market feedback.

Who You Are

✔️ You have experience selling to schools, teachers, or school districts (EdTech, curriculum, STEM products, or classroom solutions / subscriptions).✔️ You’re a natural networker who loves meeting new people and building relationships.✔️ You thrive in a startup environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.✔️ You’re comfortable with commission-based incentives and are excited about the earning potential.✔️ You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, social selling, and digital outreach.
