Job Summary:

The Associate IT Analyst helps existing customers use our products, through a mix of customer support and training activities. It is intended for candidates with teaching experience and an aptitude for technology. Successful candidates must have an eagerness to learn complex products, excellent communication skills, top notch problem-solving abilities, and a desire to help others. All levels of experience are welcome.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Help customers use our products successfully and increase satisfaction

-Build relationships with customers, understand their problems, and propose solutions

-Answer questions over the phone, email, or in person

-Train and demonstrate company products

-Collaborate with team members to solve problems

-Advocate internally for customer issues

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Desire to help others

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills

-Highly organized with an attention to detail

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Commitment to excellence with great energy and motivation

-Ability to travel occasionally

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

-BA / BS or equivalent

-Quantitative or technical degree a plus

-Former educators are a plus

-Experience working with customers is a plus, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or K12 Education

-Authorized to work in the United States

-Not require sponsorship, now or in the future, for an employment based visa
