Tondra L. Moore Ph.D., J.D., MPH serves as the executive director for health services at Prairie View A&M University. In this role, she oversees operations of the Owens Franklin Health Center, Student Counseling Center, Office of Disability Services, and Hilltop Reserve, an emergency resource center. Additionally, she serves as the health administrator for the Owens Franklin Health Center, which provides ambulatory care for the campus as well as the local community of Prairie View, Texas. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, she has served as the lead public health official and incident commander for the university.
