His practice primarily focuses on assisting education technology companies and education institutions regarding a variety of regulatory issues including state and federal student privacy and data security laws relevant at the K-12 and postsecondary levels, including FERPA, COPPA, and SOPIPA as well as non-governmental student privacy initiatives.
