Kevin Bauman is the Senior Director of eLearning at the Perkins School for the Blind.Perkins has been operating for 184 years and is most famous for educating Helen Keller. As a member of the executive leadership team, Kevin is responsible for theeLearning business unit that creates online and blended learning teacher professional development. In 2013, Kevin was appointed by the MassachusettsCommissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education to the newly created Digital Learning Advisory Council (DLAC), which will advise state officials on the implementation of the Commonwealth Virtual Schools legislation. Kevin holds an MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. He is an active contributor to Boston’s thriving education technology sector.
